10. Suggest reviewers: this is mandatory. Provide names, institutions, emails of the nominated reviewers. Once a reviewer's information is provided, authors must click "Add" instead of "Next". All "red color" places must be fulfilled.
Manuscripts will be evaluated according to the same high standards as would be applied to any article published in the journal. Authors are encouraged to read carefully and comply with the Instructions for Authors on the JEM website. Accepted manuscripts are subjected for publication as a special issue in Journal of Electronic Materials (JEM) in March 2017. All manuscripts must be written in proper English and are therefore requested to be proofread by a professional English editing service (contact the workshop secretary for detailed information).
About the Journal:

JEM (ISI journal, IF = 1.798) reports monthly on the science and technology of electronic materials, while examining new applications for semiconductors, magnetic alloys, complex oxides, dielectrics, nanoscale materials, and photonic materials amongst others. The journal welcomes articles on methods for preparing and evaluating the chemical, physical, electronic and optical properties of these materials. Specific areas of interest are materials for state-of-the-art transistors, nanotechnology, electronic packaging, detectors, emitters, metallization, superconductivity and energy applications. Review papers on current topics enable individuals in the field of electronics to keep abreast of activities in areas peripheral to their own. JEM also publishes papers from events such as the Electronic Materials Conference, the U.S. Workshop on the Physics and Chemistry of II-VI Materials, and the International Conference on Thermoelectrics. The journal benefits both specialists and nonspecialists in the electronic materials field.
English editing service
All manuscripts must be written in proper English and are therefore requested to be proofread by a professional English editing service. For rapid screening of manuscript quality prior to English editing or submission, authors are strongly recommended to consult their manuscript with the guest editor, Dr. Manh-Huong Phan, via email: phanm@usf.edu. An editing service charge is 50 USD for a research article (up to 4 printed pages) and 100 USD for a review article (up to 8 printed pages). The payment can be made directly to the conference bank account.
Another Special Issue: "Functional Magnetic Nanoparticles in Nanomedicine"
Manuscripts that feature recent and new developments in synthesis, characterization, and biomedical applications of magnetic nanoparticles and nanocomposites will be selected for publication in the Special Issue “Functional Magnetic Nanoparticles in Nanomedicine” of Nanomaterials (Impact factor = 2.7), which is an international peer-reviewed Open Access monthly journal published by MDPI

Submission:
Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline (April 1, 2017). Papers will be published continuously (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website. Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are refereed through a peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors page. Please visit the Instructions for Authors page before submitting a manuscript. The Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in this open access journal is 1000 CHF (Swiss Francs).
