About the Workshop

Scope

Recent trends of materials science and technology have covered broad area of fields such as physics, chemistry, biology, environment, energy etc. We need an opportunity for sharing relevant information from the growing wide fields of science and technology. Following the previous workshops (IWAMN2009 and IWAMN2012), this International Workshop on Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology (IWAMN2016) will be held on 3-5 November 2016 in Hanoi. The Workshop topics are:

1. Nanomaterials and Devices
2. Nanotechnology for Medicine
3. Advanced Materials for Environment and Energy
4. Structured Materials for Spintronics
5. Emerging Materials and Phenomena

This Workshop is an activity to celebrate the 60th anniversary of VNU University of Science (HUS), the launch of Vietnam Japan University (VJU) and the 5th anniversary of Nano and Energy Center - HUS.

Publication

Selected (after the peer-review) papers presented at the workshop will be published in Journal of Electronic Materials (ISI journal, Impact Factor: 1.798) in March 2017.

Updated News

The second annoucement - The abstract submission deadline is extended to 20 August 2016
